  My Dear Daughter,   It’s over a year I last wrote you a letter. This would be my fourth published letter to you. You are growing so well. Your mum and I are so glad of your development. More importantly, the love of God in you is also growing as well. We lived in a world where girls do face a lot and lot of challenges no doubt, so your mum and I will do our very best to train you up in the right way you should go and when you grow old, you wouldn’t depart from it.   I want you to learn from our mistakes and avoid them. I want you surpass our achievements in life, go higher than the loft heights we have reached. They say experience is the best teachers but I say instructions is the best teacher.   Metal health is simply all about our mental Well-being, most times we take good care of our body but we hardly care about our mental health. So many folks go through a lot of stress, abuse, oppression and it all affect the mental health. It will shock you that some folks are even even mentally unstable and you will hardly notice, yeah.
