  My Dear Daughter,   It’s over a year I last wrote you a letter. This would be my fourth published letter to you. You are growing so well. Your mum and I are so glad of your development. More importantly, the love of God in you is also growing as well. We lived in a world where girls do face a lot and lot of challenges no doubt, so your mum and I will do our very best to train you up in the right way you should go and when you grow old, you wouldn’t depart from it.   I want you to learn from our mistakes and avoid them.   Metal health is simply all about our mental Well-being, most times we take good care of our body but we hardly care about our mental health. So many folks go through a lot of stress, abuse, oppression and it all affect the mental health. It will shock you that some folks are even even mentally unstable and you will hardly notice, yeah. So many folks are just one problem close to a mental breakdown. So the question is if our mental health is so important, what do we do about it? I ain’t gonna be spiritual about this because most of the time, religious people have turned this mental health of a thing to be spiritual, they are actually different thing.
