It's good but it's just that at times, it's not really about motivating you but it's about you knowing the truth. Many people are in their problems basically because of the level of knowledge they have about God. The level to which you are delivered is tie directly to the level at which you know God. Who is God to you? If you don't see God as a provider, then you don't expect Him to deliver you out of poverty. If you believe God is still punishing you for the sins that was committed before you were born or testing you with problems, then you will suffer for long So I ask again, who is God to you? Is He someone so very far up there that you got to see the holiest man to help you talk to Him? They sleep so little and it definitely have a negative effect on their health. God designed sleep for us,  He knows we need it which is why It's natural you sleep to refresh your body system. You can't cheat nature, even when you have to do vigils, make sure you sleep enough to strengthen yourself well.  Of course too much sleep lead to poverty but less enough sleep lead to bad health. I sometimes wonder why Elected leaders can't resign when they can't do what they are elected to do. But something struck me, as a follower and citizen, we have a duty to support them with our prayers. Political Leadership could be more complex than you think. The President, Governors, Mayors, Ministers etc all need our prayers if they are to succeed. When you wake up in the morning, remember to pray for your head of state in your quiet times. These days, I find that the message of the cross has been watered down perhaps to suit us or to kind of make us feel comfortable to come to church. But when Jesus went to the cross, it was no joke. He died for me, I take that so personal and when we joke about it, to me it's just not right. Nothing wrong with comedy as long as its not filled with profanity, lies or over-hype. The verse is very much relevant today in a world of darkness, in a world where we are to be the shinning light unto the darkness. It simply mean, without you and I shining our light brightly in this world, the world will remain in darkness. You are the light of this world. One of the way to shine our light in this world is by our good works.  Charitable deeds are one of the many ways to shine your light. You can give to the poor, help the sick, donate to the orphanage. When you put smile on people's face, you are simply shinning your light. You are not designed to live for yourself alone. Get involved in a charitable deeds, there are so many charitable projects to can get involved with. You shine your light by the positive impact you have on others. What we say should always be words that shows we are Christ-like.  So many homes, friendship, business has been ruin by the word of mouth.  Imagine a food that is seasoned with salt and another that is not. When we speak profanity, we are like food that has no salt. We should be mindful of our speech. Abusive and insulting words should be far from our mouth.  Parents, watch the words you speak to your children when angry, do not curse them out of annoyance. Husbands and wives should be careful of words that comes out of their mouth to one another. Build each other up and not tear one another down. Friends should encourage one mother with edifying  words. The words we speak are either life or death. Word are powerful, it's like an egg, when broken, it can't be mend back.  You can

Thank God I'm fine now. Why I'm sharing this? This is to inform us that we should always check the food stuff and beverages that we buy. Food poison doesn't necessarily mean until someone put some black substance into your food. Expired food products are poisonous. Mothers should watch the kind of food products you give your baby. The government should create more awareness on this type of food poison which is is increasingly rampant. Do not buy any product that you can find it's manufacturing or expiry date on its label. Let be careful of what we eat. Inform others about the need to check expiry date of food products. G
