  Metal health is simply all about our mental Well-being, most times we take good care of our body but we hardly care about our mental health. So many folks go through a lot of stress, abuse, oppression and it all affect the mental health. It will shock you that some folks are even even mentally unstable and you will hardly notice, yeah.   In life, there are some things we would always do (intentionally or not), one of them is Making Mistakes. In this life, we would make mistakes. But life doesn’t stop there, not at all, what do you do when you makes mistakes? Do you learn from it or you just keep making more? The past is our tutor, the present is the life exams, the future is the result of our life examinations. Some mistakes can be very costly and derailing which is why we need to learn our lessons. Recently I learnt a very hard lesson about some mistake I did and at first I was really down and could easily slip into depression but then I realized if I ever want to emerge a better man, I got to own up to my mistakes, learn from it and improved.   Take that Risk! It’s risky to take a risk but it’s more risky not to take a risk.  Life is all about risk. I mean nothing is certain which is what risk is. Nothing is guaranteed but you still ram actions inspite, that is RISK All decisions involve some degree of risk. To succeed in life, you have to take some risky steps. Truth is you don’t know everything and you can’t know everything but you got to act with the info you have. There are ways to minimize risk, it is to minimize risk, so there is till risk involved. Arm yourself with enough knowledge about what you are risking on. Don’t make decision based on your emotions. You don’t make money following your emotions.  Have a minimum loss to what you are risking on. Like the popular stop loss in forex trading. You must know when to stop.   Last week, I wrote about Planting (Click Here to read the last post if you miss it). There are times when we plant and there are times to harvest. Now the period between the planting and harvest is when we have to water what we have planted. So yes, there is a time to water. After planting your seed, you got to water that seed. Watering the seed entails doing what will makes the seed to germinate well and give you a bountiful harvest. When we plant our seed, we don’t just leave it at that and goes about waiting for harvest. One of the ways to water your seed is by Speaking the Right Words.   Speak the right words to your s eed. What you speak over your seed is what will happen . If you keep telling yourself that you can’t pass that examination, I bet you might fail it. If you keep telling yourself you can’t start that project, you might not.
