Extensional Blessings

"..for I have learned by experience that the Lord has blessed me for your sake." Genesis 30:27

The words in the above verse was spoken by Laban to Jacob. He recognize the presence of God in the life of Jacob and by extension his own live.

Also in the house of Potipah, the presence of God was on Joseph and by extension, the house of Potipah was blessed. "From the time he put him in charge of his household and of all that he owned, the LORD blessed the household of the Egyptian because of Joseph...." Genesis 39:5.

Do you know God can bless you and others close to you simply because they are close to you? The blessing if God usually rub off on the lives of those who are close to you. The blessings of God are not usually what you alone will contain, it will always spill over.

God will bless your place of work simply because you worked there, God will favour your class simply because of you. God will bless your family simply because of you.

It was recorded that when Paul was sailing in a ship that was headed for a wreck, God saved everyone in that ship because of Paul (Acts 27:24).

God can bless a nation simply because of His children.

Simply put, you are an Ark of God, everywhere the Ark of God is, blessing must always show up there.

There are some blessings that others around you will enjoy because of your relationship with God.

It’s a new week, things will be smooth for you, because if you, things will be smooth for everyone connected to you.

Made a way is a song written and sang by award winning artist Travis Greene in the year 2015. Many people knows the song but few actually know the story behind the song. The song was actually borne out of a personal testimony of Travis Greene. According to the artist, 'Made a Way' was written during an impossible situation. ....the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye? - Acts 19:15 One funny incident that I read in the Bible is about the seven sons of Sceva that attempted to use the Name of Jesus to cast out demons. The demons replied them that He knows Jesus and Paul, but who are they? They were given the beating of their life. (Acts 19:11-16) Were they wrong in using the Name of Jesus?
