This is the start of a new decade. There are some things you should understand. The world is going so digital that you won't be able to compete if you are not into tech. Jobs will be lost, unemployment will rise because automation will rise. Artificial intelligence is on the rise. I just read now that AL diagnosed breast cancer very well more than the medical doctors.
What does this means for you?
This decade will see so many upsets. The modern is fast eroding traditions. The generation Z are really going to be a force to reckon with. What this means for you and I is except we align strategically, we will be left behind.
Look into the future and align yourself in such a way that you will be a force to reckon with. Are you still doing business without an online presence? Are you still working in a traditional way? Do you still carry out your job functions the way you did it 10 years ago?
Social media is a make or mar for you. Be careful of what you post online. Start investing now for future benefits. Become interested in tech. Technology advancement is now a norm. Without tech, many will suffer.
Be innovative. One way to step ahead of others is to innovate. Start doing things in an efficient and effective matters. Simplicity is the keyword.
Those that knows their God will do exploits. Do you know your God? Godliness should a must for you.

In this new decade, there are some things you should start doing or improve on:

- Read and learn more
- Be intentional
- Move with those that align with your purpose
- Withdraw from those that don't matter to your destiny.
- Do not put yourself under pressure.
- Take things easy but do not be lazy.
- Be patience and do not quit.
- Don't be afraid to start small.
- The best time to start is Now.
- Be innovative
- Soft Skills will matter more: get them.
- Be a problem solver.
- Be an investor.
- Know your God.
This decade will be a thriving one for you. It will be our best decade yet. You will excel in all your endeavors.
