First Love 4

We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair;Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; - 2 Corinthians 4:8-9

Challenges are also reason for the decline of our First Love for God and our Loved Ones.

When we don't handle challenges and tough situations well enough, it can affect (negativity) the way we Love God. Job's wife advise Job to curse God and die. The Israelites blame God for saving them from Egypt only to find themselves at the Red Sea. Peter despite the Love He had for Jesus denied Him three times.

A man is frustrated at work and he is taking it out on his family. A lady is stressed up and she nags at her guy. Marriages/relationship comes with own pressures and challenges

The way we tackle challenges matters a lot. We can't escape challenges but we can overcome. God wouldn't let us go through situations that we cannot handle. You are facing that problem because you can solve it.

Don't let your Love for God and your spouse decreases because of Challenges. Draw strength and comfort from the Love.

Song: These Walls

You are good and do good;....  - Psalm 119:68  Few months back, I came across an inspiring song by Jason David who happens to be a pastor.  He was diagnosed with cancer. After a year-long fight with cancer that claimed much of his tongue, Pastor Jason David refuses to stop singing.
