Politics and Christians

When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn. - Proverb 29:2

So many question do arises about Christians aiming for political posts. You hear frequently these days that 'politics is a dangerous game', you can't be this or that except you joing the company of the wicked.

That is a partial truth. One of the reaso for political crisis in Africa is because Christians have believe politics is no longer for them. Some Christians wouldn't even vote because they believe it is the wicked that will determine the winner. That is far from the truth.

We are in the dispensation where Christians are occupying political positions. Daniel was instrumental to the peaceful reign in babylon, Joseph was instrumental to bringing Egypt out of recession. Christians are not Light of the church but the light of the world.

Do you aspire for a political position, go for it because the world is waiting for the manifestation of the Children of God. Until men and women of God begins to take their rightful places in the political sphere, there would always be political turmoil...

Made a Way: The Story Behind The Song

Made a way is a song written and sang by award winning artist Travis Greene in the year 2015. Many people knows the song but few actually know the story behind the song. The song was actually borne out of a personal testimony of Travis Greene. According to the artist, 'Made a Way' was written during an impossible situation. His pregnant wife’s water broke at 21 weeks, when pregnancy normally takes between 37-42 weeks. If Men Were God

He sends  rain  on the just and on the unjust. - Matthew 5:44 It's raining as I type this post and I remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:45 where he talks about  God sending the rain on both the just and unjust. God won't because are a sinner or a bad personal withdraw the rain from Falling on your side. One special trait we are to emulate from God is that we should not discriminate. If men were God, the rain will be raining only on the good, the sun will be shinning only on the perfect. We humans readily discriminate, we isolate those we feel are not perfect or good.
