Ask Questions and Seek Knowledge

A wise man will hear, and will increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels: - Proverb 1:5

Nicodemus a very influential person in the society secretly came to meet Jesus in the night and ask Him what he has to do so as to enter the Kingdom of God (John 3:1-9). Jesus told him that he has to born again.  Nicodemus still didn't understand and he ask Jesus more questions about it. Nicodemus, a ruler in Israel decided to be a leaner so as to learn the Truth. He seeks knowledge.

When you don't know something and you don't want to ask, it is to your own disadvantage. Always ask what you don't know or understand. Don't let your position or age stop you from asking questions. No matter who you are or where you are, always seek to learn More, know more. Knowledge is never a waste.

When you don't know and you don't understand, ask question, you have nothing to lose.

A wise man is not he that says he knows all but is he that doesn't know and wants to know. This present age, where people have access to unlimited knowledge, ignorant folks still abound. Nicodemus won't know anything if he didn't seek to ask.

A learner will ask about what he doesn't know. Swallow your pride and ask. Search for knowledge and learn. Most time folks feel too big to ask a junior person to teach them or put them through on somethings, but that shouldn't be so.

It's a new week, it's a new day. Don't be a Mr or madam I-Know-it-all. Anything you don't know, seek to know it. There is no greatness without knowledge.

Good Morning and have a great week.

Verse 1 I want to  to live lord in the world of your Glory I want to live lord in the place where you are To stay away from the pressures & cares of this life. To stay away Lord from the ways of the world. (2*) Chorus I want to live oh Lord just right where you are. I want to stay oh Lord in your resting place Lead me away from things that keep me from you Separate me from the things Lord that hinders me. (3*) Verse 2 Oh Lord my heart is longing for your precious presence To receive Lord the light of your countenance So I can escape the darkness that covers the Earth So I can escape Lord the path of error (2*) Chorus I want to live oh Lord just right where you are. Made a Way: The Story Behind The Song

Made a way is a song written and sang by award winning artist Travis Greene in the year 2015. Many people knows the song but few actually know the story behind the song. The song was actually borne out of a personal testimony of Travis Greene. According to the artist, 'Made a Way' was written during an impossible situation. His pregnant wife’s water broke at 21 weeks, when pregnancy normally takes between 37-42 weeks. The doctors said the possibility of the baby’s survival is slim to none, and it was during this period when his wife was on bed rest for two months that he wrote the song. There was nothing else for them to hold on to but faith, and the good news is that as slim as the chance was, it didn’t break because faith held it together and today their baby boy is alive.  When Jesus was on His way to heal Jairus’s daughter and news came that things had gone from bad to worse, that the girl was dead. Jesus overheard and said, "Don't be upset. Just trust me

Lessons From the Sons of Sceva

....the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye? - Acts 19:15 One funny incident that I read in the  Bible is about the seven sons of Sceva that attempted to use the Name of Jesus to cast out demons. The demons replied them that He knows Jesus and Paul, but who are they? They were given the beating of their life. (Acts 19:11-16) Were they wrong in using the Name of Jesus? No. But truth is they don't know nor understand that Name. They only want to use it selfishly just to get the results that Paul was getting. They thought it was a rocket science. Many at times we believers are like that; We live in sin , we disobey God and when we need something, we want to perform miracles, do signs and wonders in the Name of Jesus which we really belittle or don't value.  Someone once said during a plane turbulence, he saw unbelievers even shouting the name of Jesus. No wonder some folks suffered embarrassment like the sons of Sceva.  When
