Good or Bad Report?

Boaz replied to her, "I have been given a full report of all that you have done for your mother-in-law following the death of your husband--how you left your father and your mother, as well as your homeland, and came to live among people you did not know previously. - Ruth 2:11

Boaz didn't know Ruth in person but she heard of her. How? People told him about her.
In life, whatever we do, people are watching. People are giving testimony about you. It could be good or bad. Which is why you need to do good. Words go a long way than where your legs could even reach.

At times, some bad things you did in the past comes to hurt you because someone told some people about it. If Ruth has been a bad person, she wouldn't have found favour in the eyes of Boaz. You think people are not seeing the extra effort you are putting? Think again.

Some people have lost an opportunity simply because someone gave a bad report and vice versa. People are watching you. People you don't even know. That old woman you abuse, that stranger you helped, that fraud that you committed,  that passenger that you saved frm embarrassment from the conductor etc.; people are watching you

Thank God it's Friday. Let learn to be good and because the good or bad we do today will speak for us tomorrow.

Made a Way: The Story Behind The Song

Made a way is a song written and sang by award winning artist Travis Greene in the year 2015. Many people knows the song but few actually know the story behind the song. The song was actually borne out of a personal testimony of Travis Greene. According to the artist, 'Made a Way' was written during an impossible situation. His pregnant wife’s water broke at 21 weeks, when pregnancy normally takes between 37-42 weeks. He sends  rain  on the just and on the unjust. - Matthew 5:44 It's raining as I type this post and I remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:45 where he talks about  God sending the rain on both the just and unjust. God won't because are a sinner or a bad personal withdraw the rain from Falling on your side. One special trait we are to emulate from God is that we should not discriminate.
