When you spend everything you have, you are bound to suffer in recession. More and more people keep complaining of the economy simply because they have spent everything they have. The prodigal son has no investments, all he does is to spend.

As a man, if all you do is spend, you are prodigal. The essence of savings and investing can't be overemphasized. A government that spends more than its revenue (without raking in more revenue) will soon crash in a matter of time. We all live in a world where uncertainty keep rising. Don't be spendthrift in this economy. Be wise. Don't buy everything you want, instead, prioritize your spending.

When buying, watch-out for the long term. Increase your asset, decrease your liability.

As a government, spot out the unnecessary wastes in government, cut down frivolous expenses.

As a business owner, before buying anything, evaluate if you need it now and the value you will gain from it. Always think for the Long term.

Your needs comes before your wants. And in all, don't spend everything you have.
