Invite Jesus

[1] And the third day there was a marriage ceremony in Cana of Galilee; and the mother of Jesus was there: [2] And both Jesus and his disciples were invited to the marriage ceremony. - John 2:1-2

One interesting thing about the wedding  in which Jesus performed His first miracles in the scriptures is that Jesus and His disciples were cordially invited to the wedding. Imagine or a moment of Jesus hadn't been invited to the wedding, there won't be a way to reach out to Him to come performed a miracle and the groom would have been disgraced.-

In life, anything that you involved Jesus in will be successful. Many times in life, we failed because of the solo journey we decided to take. We only call on God not at the beginning of the journey but during the journey wherein challenges and difficulties has began to set in.

Why don't you invite Jesus to that project you are embarking on, invite Him into your career, business, marriage, relationships, family, health. Before you start anything, always involved God. He should hold the centre stage of your life.

There is always a difference between a life that involves Jesus and a life that doesn't.

Jesus made the difference. Jesus is the difference. He is the Grace that wouldn't allow you to be disgraced. He is your shield that wouldn't allow you to be hurt. So I exhort you today to always call on Him before you start anything. 

A life without Christ Jesus is a Life in Crisis. Is your life in Crisis? Do you truly and really have Jesus in your Life?

Made a Way: The Story Behind The Song

Made a way is a song written and sang by award winning artist Travis Greene in the year 2015. Many people knows the song but few actually know the story behind the song. The song was actually borne out of a personal testimony of Travis Greene. According to the artist, 'Made a Way' was written during an impossible situation. His pregnant wife’s water broke at 21 weeks, when pregnancy normally takes between 37-42 weeks. The doctors said the possibility of the baby’s survival is slim to none, and it was during this period when his wife was on bed rest for two months that he wrote the song. Lessons From the Sons of Sceva

....the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye? - Acts 19:15 One funny incident that I read in the  Bible is about the seven sons of Sceva that attempted to use the Name of Jesus to cast out demons. The demons replied them that He knows Jesus and Paul, but who are they? They were given the beating of their life. (Acts 19:11-16) Were they wrong in using the Name of Jesus? No. But truth is they don't know nor understand that Name. They only want to use it selfishly just to get the results that Paul was getting. They thought it was a rocket science. Many at times we believers are like that; We live in sin , we disobey God and when we need something, we want to perform miracles, do signs and wonders in the Name of Jesus which we really belittle or don't value.  Someone once said during a plane turbulence, he saw unbelievers even shouting the name of Jesus.
