Jehovah Jireh: The Great Provider

He becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand: but the hand of the diligent maketh rich - Proverbs 10:4

We continue on our study about Jehovah Jireh the Great Provider.

It is true that God is the great provider, but we must also understand He is a principled God. You can't afford to be lazy and yet expect God to provide all your needs. God doesn't condole laziness, you must work. It is through the works of our hands that God blesses and prosper us.

There are irresponsible folks all in the name of religion. God never substitute diligence for anything else. God has vowed to promise the diligent hands. Whatever such hands does prosper. 

As a Christian, it is expected of us to work diligently because that is a channel for God to bless us. The provisions of God are for those who are diligent. 

A lazy Christian won't be covered by the provisions of Jehovah Jireh and such Christian will become poor and poorer....

God wants to provide for our needs, He wants to prosper us but we have got to be doing something, providing values. The principles of God are not something we choose part of and leave the rest.

A lazy Christian can never enjoy the God that Provides. Whatever work you are doing, do it well and diligently. As long as such work is not out of His will. God is bound to bless you.

Made a Way: The Story Behind The Song

Made a way is a song written and sang by award winning artist Travis Greene in the year 2015. Many people knows the song but few actually know the story behind the song. The song was actually borne out of a personal testimony of Travis Greene. According to the artist, 'Made a Way' was written during an impossible situation. His pregnant wife’s water broke at 21 weeks, when pregnancy normally takes between 37-42 weeks. If Men Were God

He sends  rain  on the just and on the unjust. - Matthew 5:44 It's raining as I type this post and I remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:45 where he talks about  God sending the rain on both the just and unjust. God won't because are a sinner or a bad personal withdraw the rain from Falling on your side. One special trait we are to emulate from God is that we should not discriminate.
