Death, Legacy & After-Life

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; - John 11:25

Death is not a new thing to mankind. We all would die someday, that is not news. What should matter to us is what happens after death. If you die now, what is your fate? Do you know where you gonna spend your after-life?

Our life should be lived based on two things, leaving a good legacy behind and making heaven. The latter is the most important because if you live life here on earth without making heaven, it's nothing but a waste.

Stop fearing death, rather start living,  I want to live and live and when I die, I want to hear my Father tells me 'Welcome my faithful son'.

In summary:
• There is life after this physical death, whether you believe it or not.
• All men are also appointed to died once. Death is sure for you and I
• The gateway to heaven is Jesus. You can only make heaven through Jesus, no one else but Him.
• The fear of death will prevent you from living.
• If you don't have Jesus in your life, you are not safe, so call on Jesus to come into your life NOW, tomorrow might be too late.
• if you have backslidden and you're reading this, it's time to come back home before it's too late.
• Vanity upon Vanity, all is vanity
• Jesus is what sense in this senseless world.
• As long as you are alive, serve God and humanity whole heartedly.

My prayers for you is that your labour will not be in vain. You will not live a wasted life on earth. At the end of it all, when you die, you won't be n outcast in Jesus Name.

Gracious Morning and God be with you...

The lyrics for the song goes thus: "We're connected to this world through our senses By what's tangible and easy to comprehend  There are days when it seems We're going nowhere fast Trust your faith to show you the truth Give a listen to what faith says to you:  "Our status is changing, there's no more decline I'm on my way to better days. Our status is changing, there's no more decline I'm on my way to better days.  My status is changing, there's no more decline I'm on my way to better days  Better days are in You, Jesus... My better life is in You, Jesus... Life's changing is in You, Jesus... My success is in You, Jesus... All I have to do is to look to You... Better days are with You... My f...

Made a Way: The Story Behind The Song

Made a way is a song written and sang by award winning artist Travis Greene in the year 2015. Many people knows the song but few actually know the story behind the song. The song was actually borne out of a personal testimony of Travis Greene. According to the artist, 'Made a Way' was written during an impossible situation. His pregnant wife’s water broke at 21 weeks, when pregnancy normally takes between 37-42 weeks. The doctors said the possibility of the baby’s survival is slim to none, and it was during this period when his wife was on bed rest for two months that he wrote the song. There was nothing else for them to hold on to but faith, and the good news is that as slim as the chance was, it didn’t break because faith held it together and today their baby boy is alive.  When Jesus was on His way to heal Jairus’s daughter and news came that things had gone from bad to worse, that the girl was dead. Jesus overheard and said, "Don't be upset. Just trust me...

If Men Were God

He sends  rain  on the just and on the unjust. - Matthew 5:44 It's raining as I type this post and I remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:45 where he talks about  God sending the rain on both the just and unjust. God won't because are a sinner or a bad personal withdraw the rain from Falling on your side. One special trait we are to emulate from God is that we should not discriminate. If men were God, the rain will be raining only on the good, the sun will be shinning only on the perfect. We humans readily discriminate, we isolate those we feel are not perfect or good. We see those who have sinned as been candidates of hell as if we haven't sinned before. One major problem of our society is discrimination. Even in church, we discriminate, we see that prostitute and we readily condemned her. We readily forget that as children of God, we don't just do good to good people, we are to do good to everybody. It doesn't matter how bad a person might be, you ...
