And he (Elisha) answered, Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them. - 2 Kings 6:16
What fear does to you is that it weaken your faith, the more you are afraid, the more doubt set in. That is why your faith must be bigger than your fear. Fear has no role in your victory. You ought toCast every fear away.
In the midst of difficulties, by faith, you see possibilities; in the midst of barrenness, by faith you see fruitfulness; in the midst of lack, by faith you are abundance.
Elisha was calm throughout the whole saga because he has seen victory in the midst of the battle. He ask God to open the eyes of his servant and the guy saw truly that they are on the winning side (2 Kings 6:17-18).
What are you fearful of? What is giving you sleepless night? You must start to see beyond those things. Paul told Timothy that "God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." (2 Timothy 1:7).
You are no longer slave to fear, you are a master of fear, you subdue fear with your faith. God has open your eyes to see. Be bold, be strong for surely you are on the winning side.
It's another beautiful Wednesday. Top of the morning to you; do have a pleasant day!
