THE PROVERB CHALLENGE

Day 21

There is no wisdom nor understanding nor counsel against the Lord.

- Proverb 21:30 KJV

The wisdom of God is all important, and when you go after Him you will receive it. If you doubt God is sovereign, you will not after reading and musing on this proverb. Amen, and amen! Let all who know and love the LORD Jehovah say, “Amen!” For absolute statements of truth and dogmatic declarations of doctrine, here is one of the best.

He alone is God, and no other being in heaven or earth can resist or question Him. Glory! He does His own will in the army of heaven and among the inhabitants of the earth. Confess any rebellion. Humble yourself at His feet. Praise and worship Him forever.

He reduced the greatest monarch in the history of the world to a grass-eating ox, until that man blessed and praised Him as the King of heaven (Dan 4:1-37). It is recorded in the chronicles of the Babylonian Empire.

God is wiser than the wisest, no wisdom or knowledge or understanding sought outside God can get be better than His Wisdom.

There is no wisdom nor understanding, nor counsel against the Lord. No human schemes whatever, formed with the greatest wisdom and prudence, can ever prevail against God, or set aside or hinder the execution of any design of his; nothing that is pointed against his church, his cause, and interest, his truths and ordinances, in the issue shall succeed; all that are found fighters against him shall not prosper, let them be men of ever so much sagacity and wisdom; though there may be ever so many devices in a man's heart, and these ever so well planned, they shall never defeat the counsel of the Lord

MAIN POINT: Anything outside God cannot stand against Him (God).

Made a way is a song written and sang by award winning artist Travis Greene in the year 2015. Many people knows the song but few actually know the story behind the song. The song was actually borne out of a personal testimony of Travis Greene. According to the artist, 'Made a Way' was written during an impossible situation. His pregnant wife’s water broke at 21 weeks, when pregnancy normally takes between 37-42 weeks. ....the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye? - Acts 19:15 One funny incident that I read in the Bible is about the seven sons of Sceva that attempted to use the Name of Jesus to cast out demons. The demons replied them that He knows Jesus and Paul, but who are they? They were given the beating of their life. (Acts 19:11-16) Were they wrong in using the Name of Jesus?
