#SayNoTo #Discrimination

For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is no male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. And if you are Christ's, then you are Abraham's offspring, heirs according to promise. - Galatians 3:27-29

Discrimination is treatment or consideration of, or making a distinction in favor of or against, a person or thing based on the group, class, or category to which that person or thing is perceived to belong to rather than on individual merit.

Discrimination is increasingly becoming a big problem even in the body of Christ.

As an employer, you favour your own ethnic group to other people. Politicians will divide the electorate along the lines of religion and ethnicity.

Discrimination is not of the Lord. You are not to discriminate people of other religion as well.

We are One Body in Christ, every human, every race, every gender, we are all created by the same God. Because you are in a place of position doesn’t give you the authority to discriminate.

Imagine if Jesus were to discriminate, would you have been saved. The Word of God says ‘Whosoever Belives in Jesus’ (John 3:16). The word ‘Whosoever’ is an open invitation, anyone, anybody is free to partake of the goodness of God. So should you as well not discriminate anyone based their gender, race, colour, position, class.

Even the government is a culprit in this, favouring one region as against the other. You are reading this because you have to #SayNoTo #Discrimination.

Though we are many, diverse, we are one Body. We are to show no partiality (Romans 2:11).

Because someone is of the other faith apart from yours doesn’t mean you discriminate him/her on that. Because someone is working for you doesn’t mean you should discriminate such person. Show love to everybody. Inside our body, we all have the same red blood flowing. The western world shouldn’t discriminate against the under developed countries

#SayNoTo #Discrimination. We are all equal before God. There is in this sonship by faith in Christ, no class privileged above another.

It’s a lovely Tuesday Morning. Let together say No To Discrimination.

Good Morning and Enjoy your lovely Day…

Made a Way: The Story Behind The Song

Made a way is a song written and sang by award winning artist Travis Greene in the year 2015. Many people knows the song but few actually know the story behind the song. The song was actually borne out of a personal testimony of Travis Greene. According to the artist, 'Made a Way' was written during an impossible situation. His pregnant wife’s water broke at 21 weeks, when pregnancy normally takes between 37-42 weeks. The doctors said the possibility of the baby’s survival is slim to none, and it was during this period when his wife was on bed rest for two months that he wrote the song. There was nothing else for them to hold on to but faith, and the good news is that as slim as the chance was, it didn’t break because faith held it together and today their baby boy is alive.  When Jesus was on His way to heal Jairus’s daughter and news came that things had gone from bad to worse, that the girl was dead. Jesus overheard and said, "Don't be upset. Just trust me...

Pastor Andre Jones of the sacred Assembly, United States, wrote a song that has brought comfort to many through out the world Many artists has cover the song notably Vashawn Mitchell, Mario Ese & the Tribe of Benjamin. The lyrics for the song goes thus: "We're connected to this world through our senses By what's tangible and easy to comprehend  There are days when it seems We're going nowhere fast Trust your faith to show you the truth Give a listen to what faith says to you:  "Our status is changing, there's no more decline I'm on my way to better days. Our status is changing, there's no more decline I'm on my way to better days.  My status is changing, there's no more decline I'm on my way to better days  Better days are in You, Jesus... My better life is in You, Jesus... Life's changing is in You, Jesus... My success is in You, Jesus... All I have to do is to look to You... Better days are with You... My f...

If Men Were God

He sends  rain  on the just and on the unjust. - Matthew 5:44 It's raining as I type this post and I remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:45 where he talks about  God sending the rain on both the just and unjust. God won't because are a sinner or a bad personal withdraw the rain from Falling on your side. One special trait we are to emulate from God is that we should not discriminate. If men were God, the rain will be raining only on the good, the sun will be shinning only on the perfect. We humans readily discriminate, we isolate those we feel are not perfect or good. We see those who have sinned as been candidates of hell as if we haven't sinned before. One major problem of our society is discrimination. Even in church, we discriminate, we see that prostitute and we readily condemned her. We readily forget that as children of God, we don't just do good to good people, we are to do good to everybody. It doesn't matter how bad a person might be, you ...
