Sound Sleep

It's vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved.     - Psalm 127:2

Many a folks wakes up very early, go through the day and comes home very late in the night, sleeps for very few hours and then repeat the cycle again and again all through the week for months and years. They sleep so little and it definitely have a negative effect on their health.

God designed sleep for us,  He knows we need it which is why It's natural you sleep to refresh your body system. You can't cheat nature, even when you have to do vigils, make sure you sleep enough to strengthen yourself well.

Of course too much sleep lead to poverty but less enough sleep lead to bad health. You can't cheat nature, if you feel you are not having enough sleep, find a solution to it, It might need a medical attention.

He gives His beloved sleep, are you His beloved? Yes? Definitely He gives you sleep. Even Jesus slept when He needs to.

The economy of the country at times may seem to deprive you of your sleep. Tell God about it because He want you to be in good health.

I can't over emphasis this so well, sleep and sleep well. If you need to wake up very early, go to bed early enough. It's recommended that we should sleep around 8 hours.

It's a wonderful morning, did you sleep well? Trust me I did.
I pray for those having sleepless nights maybe because of some challenges or so, whatever it might be, it has come to an end today. You will enjoy sound sleep in Jesus Name.

Good Morning and enjoy your day!

Made a Way: The Story Behind The Song

Made a way is a song written and sang by award winning artist Travis Greene in the year 2015. Many people knows the song but few actually know the story behind the song. The song was actually borne out of a personal testimony of Travis Greene. According to the artist, 'Made a Way' was written during an impossible situation. His pregnant wife’s water broke at 21 weeks, when pregnancy normally takes between 37-42 weeks. The doctors said the possibility of the baby’s survival is slim to none, and it was during this period when his wife was on bed rest for two months that he wrote the song. There was nothing else for them to hold on to but faith, and the good news is that as slim as the chance was, it didn’t break because faith held it together and today their baby boy is alive.  When Jesus was on His way to heal Jairus’s daughter and news came that things had gone from bad to worse, that the girl was dead. Jesus overheard and said, "Don't be upset. Just trust me...

Unlimited Thanksgiving

"Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus." - 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 Our thanksgiving should be unlimited. Even If we have thousands tongue to thank God with, it can never be enough. Looking all around you, you will always find a reason to thank God. This year might be so challenging for you, things might not have gone smoothly as you expected, nevertheless you have got to thank God. We do not thank God FOR difficult situation but we thank God IN difficult situation. Don't just be that person that only does thanksgiving when things are going on fine. Don't be that person that thank God seasonally. Don't be that person that thank God only when they have a 'big' testimony to share. Don't be that person that just thank God just because the preacher asked them to. God has been so good from ages past. No one else deserves our appreciation more than Him. You will be...
