Fear No Evil

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.  -Psalm 23:5

Thank God is Friday, today is a great day. Some knows why. Lol.
When you become born again, it doesn't mean you are free from challenges. As a matter of fact, as a believer, expect more challenges. So what makes the difference? You may ask; when we go through challenges, we have the assurance that the Lord who is our shepherd is with us. Shadow of death means tough situations, it means challenges, the psalmist say though he walk through the valley of these challenges, he fear no evil for God is with him.

The same thing apply to you, maybe the economic outlook is bleak, maybe  your company is about to lay off some staff, maybe you are getting older and no spouse is coming forth. Maybe you are married and still expecting the fruit of the womb. Fear not for God is with you. The confidence we have as a believer is that God will always show up for you as long as you are His sheep.

So whatever you are going through now, as a child of God, know this and know it clear, God is with You. That sickness will go away, that child will come forth, that promotion will take place, that contract will be given to you. That debt will be cleared. God is with you. Do not doubt, we tend to focus on the problems. We magnify the challenges we face instead of magnifying God. Continue living your life as if those challenges are not there because in reality, they will go away.

Fear No evil, see no evil for God is surely with you.

Unlimited Thanksgiving

 "Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus." - 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 Our thanksgiving should be unlimited. Even If we have thousands tongue to thank God with, it can never be enough. Looking all around you, you will always find a reason to thank God.
