#Thanksgiving Day 23

First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for all of you, because your faith is proclaimed in all the world. - Romans 1:8

Each year during the Thanksgiving season, We are reminded of the many things that we have to be thankful for.  We often think of our health, our family, our home, and other blessings from the Lord.  How often do we overlook the blessings that God has lavished on our lives through the church?  We should be very thankful for the church!

We should thank God for the Church.
 The church is the body of Christ: we believers are the body of Christ. Despite the devil’s unrelenting attacks on the church, the church still keep marching forward ever. It could only have been God.

Sometimes it’s hard to thank God for other Christians. Yet even when Christians are not all they should be, there are always reasons to be thankful for them.

In the year 2018, God added to the church. Diverse miracles occur in the church. The church is gaining influence even in the government. God is making the church the light of this world and many other things. That alone is enough to give thanks for.


It’s the Twenty - Third day of the thanks-filled month. God’s blessing on our lives is evident in the church. During this Thanksgiving season – remember to thank God for the church!

Song: These Walls

You are good and do good;....  - Psalm 119:68  Few months back, I came across an inspiring song by Jason David who happens to be a pastor.  He was diagnosed with cancer. After a year-long fight with cancer that claimed much of his tongue, Pastor Jason David refuses to stop singing.
