Lockdown Day 10 - Be Your Brothers/Sisters Keeper

During this lockdown, many people will face one hardship or the other. For some, it will be slightly tough, for some, it's really tough.

For those who are still able to scale through despite this lockdown, let us not forget the needy around us during this lockdown. It is very important that we gear up our acts if benevolence.

Of course, you are to look after yourself first no doubt but the little you can do to support the needy around you, kindly do it. What people need especially this period are foodstuff. Let's be our brother's and sister's keeper during this crisis. Someone around you is having it tough, if you can assist, kindly reachout to him/her/them.

Definitely, this lockdown won't last forever; everything will soon be over. In the meantime, let's help one another. There have been reports of individuals, NGOs and religious centre giving out foodstuff and money to the less privileged, that is good and we can do more.

This is the time for us to come together in love and be there for one another. Greed, discrimination and selfishness shouldn't be allowed to divide us.

Let love be our watchword during this period lockdown and after.

Remember to keep observing the social distance and regular washing of hands with soap and water.

Keep stay safe!

Made a Way: The Story Behind The Song

Made a way is a song written and sang by award winning artist Travis Greene in the year 2015. Many people knows the song but few actually know the story behind the song. The song was actually borne out of a personal testimony of Travis Greene. According to the artist, 'Made a Way' was written during an impossible situation. His pregnant wife’s water broke at 21 weeks, when pregnancy normally takes between 37-42 weeks. The doctors said the possibility of the baby’s survival is slim to none, and it was during this period when his wife was on bed rest for two months that he wrote the song. There was nothing else for them to hold on to but faith, and the good news is that as slim as the chance was, it didn’t break because faith held it together and today their baby boy is alive.  When Jesus was on His way to heal Jairus’s daughter and news came that things had gone from bad to worse, that the girl was dead. Jesus overheard and said, "Don't be upset. Just trust me...

Our status is changing, there's no more decline I'm on my way to better days.  My status is changing, there's no more decline I'm on my way to better days  Better days are in You, Jesus... My better life is in You, Jesus... Life's changing is in You, Jesus... My success is in You, Jesus... All I have to do is to look to You... Better days are with You... My f...

Unlimited Thanksgiving

"Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus." - 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 Our thanksgiving should be unlimited. Even If we have thousands tongue to thank God with, it can never be enough. Looking all around you, you will always find a reason to thank God. This year might be so challenging for you, things might not have gone smoothly as you expected, nevertheless you have got to thank God. We do not thank God FOR difficult situation but we thank God IN difficult situation. Don't just be that person that only does thanksgiving when things are going on fine. Don't be that person that thank God seasonally. Don't be that person that thank God only when they have a 'big' testimony to share. Don't be that person that just thank God just because the preacher asked them to. God has been so good from ages past. No one else deserves our appreciation more than Him. You will be...
