Stop Worrying Yourself

And he said unto his disciples, Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat; neither for the body, what ye shall put on.
23 The life is more than meat, and the body is more than raiment.
24 Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap; which neither have storehouse nor barn; and God feedeth them: how much more are ye better than the fowls?
25 And which of you with taking thought can add to his stature one cubit?
26 If ye then be not able to do that thing which is least, why take ye thought for the rest?

It's natural of we humans to worry. We worry about our health, our children, we worry virtually about everything.

Jesus told His disciples not to give themselves to worrying. He gave an example of the birds, they don't sow nor reap yet God does feed them, how much more we His children.

This is what Jesus is telling us. Instead of us worrying, we should put our trust in God that He will take good care of us. We are worth more the birds, the plants, the wild animals. He promise to take care of us.

But as soon as we hit a small difficulties, or something is not going right, we start panicking and getting worried.

Jesus told His disciples, their focus should be the kingdom of Heaven, everything other things will align themselves to it.

Worrying has health implications. Worrying do you no good. Why worrying when worrying will definitely solve nothing for you.

If Paul and Silas despite been thrown into the prison could still pray and praise the Lord, how about you then?

Stop worrying today and start focusing on God.

Jesus is not telling His disciples not to plan because some lady Christians use this verses as an excuse. He did t say do not plan, He says Do not worry. It's two different thing.

Plan in God and don't worry yourselves over it.

Worrying is a sign of lack of trust in God.

Do you trust God enough to see you through? then you would stop worrying.
